Sealing and cutting machine

Mamata Machinery Private Limited produces microprocessor controlled side sealing and cutting machines for plain and printed PP/LD-LLDP/HM-HDPE films. These come in two models BM 600-S and BM 750-S. The push button controls facilitate the forward and backward inching of film. Thyristor control drives are provided for accurate setting and controlling of unwinding speed of film. Digital solid-state temperature controller controls the sealing temperature. Colour scanner for printed films gives accurate and fast response. The film-loading device is incorporated for converting flat-film into side-sealed bags. Top and bottom sealing attachment is provided for making 'VEST' type bags. Single colour Flexopress enables online printing on film. Minimum draw length of these machines is 65 mm and the maximum speed is 130 cycles/min. But the total connected load is different and it is 4.5 kW for BM 600-S and 4.5 kW for BM 750-S. These are available in dimensions 5800x1500x2350 mm3 and 5800x1750x2350 mm3, respectively.
