Rotary tables

Krishna International offers Rotary tables. They are principally used for milling of sectors of circle, for drilling, slotting and shaping as well as for circular dividing operations. The components are made of high grade heavy duty cast precision machined and hand scraped to close tolerances. On these rotary tables the work piece must be aligned with respect to the central bore and clamped in T-slots. Dividing is done by means of hand wheel or knurled knob, which operates the worm and worm wheel. The tables are graduated from 0 to 360? for direct setting, and with the graduated collar on the worm, the dividing can be done up to 2 minutes of an arc on BJRT 300 and up to 1 minute of an arc on BJRT 260. Features of BJRT 260: the worm can be disengaged from the worm wheel by pulling a lever for quick setting of the table. Ideal for circular dividing and can also be used for light machining operations. Features of BJRT 300: it offers various possibilities for use in machine building, tool manufacture and for jigs and fixtures construction. The large transmission ratio (1: 120) offers a high dividing accuracy. Low, robust construction and ample bearing are of the table make for rigidity, thus enabling the Rotary table withstand high cutting forces.
