Krishna International offers Telsha brand heavy-duty multi-coil Electromagnetic Rectangular Chucks, which are designed to give strong magnetic field to hold the work piece rigidly. The material removal capacity of these chucks is much more. It generates low heat and economical for power consumption. These electromagnetic chucks are very efficient since the work can be loaded-unloaded just by switching operations. These are tested for slippering force, waterproof test, temperature rise test, electrical test and demagnetising test. Demagnetisation switch is provided as an additional accessory, which helps for removing work piece efficiently without damaging the chuck surface. Variable control unit is available as an optional accessory, which allows variable magnetic force, which is useful to minimise distortion and warpage while grinding of thin and odd shape jobs. With minimum current relay circuit it is possible to atomise grinding process by interlocking the chuck with machine tool. These electromagnetic chucks have separate coil for individual pole, which gives uniform and strong magnetic field all over the top surface of the chuck, thereby these chucks can be used for heavy stock removal. These chucks are available in various sizes starting from 450 L x 150 W x 100 H up to 1500 L x 400 W x 110 H.
