Reel Controllers

Annpab Technologies offers Reel Controllers, RC 3006. These controllers are developed on the basis of microprocessor. These use a non-contact sensor to sense the position of the conductive material within its field. As the loop changes height within the sensor?s field it generates a position signal which is processed by the signal conditioning unit causing the motor drive to adjust speed to maintain the slackness of the loop. For additional protection, emergency upper or lower set point relay outputs are available to control external equipment. These controllers are also handling metal wires and coiled strips from 0.5 mm to few inches in size. System set up and calibration is very simple and it takes few minutes. These are used in reel or de - reel applications along with suitable winders. These ranges of reel controllers are most suited for industries where payoff or rewind operations are carried out. The company also offers on/off or proportional controllers and loop controllers.
