Agro Engineers offers Racks And Pinions. It conforms to the international quality needs. It is used for automotive and industrial applications. The spur and helical gears are made out of hardened or non hardened alloy steel/ case hardening alloy steel, mild steel or cast iron. The teeth cutting for spur or helical gears are carried on hobbing machine. The racks are made of bright bar or of alloy steel/ case hardening alloy steel, mild steel or cast iron finished to final shape. The pitch of the racks is maintained as per the tolerances required. Racks and pinions can be made of following specifications: 1.0 Module/ 25 DP to 10 module/ 3 DP; face widths up to 250 mm/ 9"; available in mild steel, alloy steel, hardened and tempered steels, case carburised, case hardened steels, cast iron, or as specified.
