Proximity Switches

Sai Control System offers Proximity Switches. These are used in all areas of control and automation such as machine tools, packaging, injection moulding, automobile industries, process industries, textiles industries and other automated systems. Operating principle: the LC oscillator circuit generates the electromagnetic field over the active face, energy is drawn from oscillator resulting damping of the oscillator. This change is detected by the electronic circuit to give output signal. Advantage: non contact operation; corrosion resistance; high operating frequency; bounce free operation; vibration resistance; IP 67 grade of protection; repeat accuracy +0.02 mm; and long life.
