Profile projectors

The wide range of profile projectors offered by Optomech provides unique solutions to profile measurement problems. These are available in six different models, starting from simple low cost Model 300T to the most sophisticated models 360T/600H/600V, which incorporate state-of-the-art features such as edge detection, digital readout with rotary and linear encoders and microprocessor for full geometric function capabilities. Models 300V, 200T/300T consist of a projection lens in combination with a projection lamp, condenser unit, micro stage object holder, rotatable graduated protractor screen and front aluminised mirror. The profile projector utilises the principle of optical projection to form an image of the illuminated object at the desired magnification. The projection lens renders geometrically accurate and bright image on a ground glass serving as a screen. Features: precision optics for optimum contrast and accurate magnification; sharp and crisp illumination suitable for edge inspection and measurement under all magnification; projection screen 300 mm dia with cross hair and rotatable by 360? with vernier arrangement; least count 2 minutes; and highly accurate ball bearing mounted and spring loaded backlash free X-Y movement work stage with micrometers of least count 10 microns (1 micron optional).
