Precision Automation & Robotics offers Press loader robot for high-speed loading and unloading of smaller presses (up to 1501) either gap frame or column type. Work-cell components: PF-0 floor mounted press loading robots with vacuum gripper; SR-0 stack feeder with magnetic fanner, and rotary indexing table; PS-0 inter-press shuttle; and ST-0 turnover station. Benefits: fully automated, high productivity operation; stroking rates up to 12 SPM; accommodates a wide range of small parts up to 1 kg; stacking of batch sizes allows one-time loading; quick change tooling minimizes set-up time; and no operating manpower requirement.
