Precision Automation & Robotics India (PARI) offers Welding Automation Products. The range includes: Robot Shuttles (SS-series ground mounted, GS-series overhead) that allow the robots to be positioned at variable distances, and enhance the reach of the robots for large parts; Weld Shuffles (SS, SP and SM series) that allow the fixtured parts to be linearly indexed for multi-position welding of large parts; Weld Rotators (RR-series, RX-series) - stack feeders feed the stack one sheet at a time to the destackers, with the facility of sheet fanning (separation of sheets); Gantry Loaders (GL-series) that allow fixture to fixture transfer and positioning of welded parts. Lift & Transfer System (LT-series) that allows parts pick-up and transfer from station to station; Gantry Welders (GW-series) that perform welding of long-run parts; Portal Welders (PW-series) - floor mounted boom and column type welder for tri-axis weld positioning; Part Palletising Robots (PP-series) - for unloading of the parts from end of the line, and deposit them into pallets in vertical or horizontal configurations; and Tooling Components - includes welding fixtures hydraulic and pneumatic fixtures for positioning, clamping and pre-cambering of parts; and part grippers vacuum type, clamp type, quick exchange grippers, adjustable gripper frames, etc. Applicability range: weld part sizes - from 100 mm to over 10000 mm long; material thickness - from 0.3 mm to 10 mm thick parts; and welding types - Spot, Arc, TIG, MIG, etc. Application areas: automotive and ancillaries; appliances and consumer durables; furniture, crates and containers; electrical products; engineering products; transportation; and textile machinery and components.
