Press handling robots

Press handling robots facilitates automation of press operations involving repeated handling of sheets for destacking (removal of a single sheet from a stack of sheets), loading and unloading, lubrication and cleaning, transfer between presses, turnover of sheets between presses, and stacking or palletising of pressed parts. Automation of pressing operations through PARI robots has resulted in up to 100% increase in productivity, reduction in manpower by 90%, and zero defect operation reducing the costs of rejections and rework. Other benefits like reduction in inventory, reduction in floor space requirement, reduction in accidents and related costs are also significant.
