Precision universal cylindrical grinding machine

TMT Machine Tools manufactures universal cylindrical grinding machines for various tool room and production applications, viz, tool and die making, automobile component manufacturing, rubber apron and cots grinding, rolling mills and other general industry.Standard model ranges from 400 to 1200 mm between centres. Heavy-duty models for grinding of rolls up to 3000 mm length are available on request. Internal bore grinding machine is suitable for job grinding up to 100 mm length x 100 mm ID. The company has designed buffing machines for grinding of apron and cots and other various rubber components. Main Features: castings are stressed relieved by vibration and in normalizing oven; tailstock, wheel and work spindles are heat-treated to achieve dimensional stability; tailstock spindle acting in close tolerance super finish bore; assembly of precision bearings with in dust frees environment; and all rotating parts dynamically balanced. These machines are available in hydraulic and mechanical version.
