TMT Machine Tools offers wide range of Precision Universal Cylindrical Grinding machines. It comes in ranges from 400 mm to 1200 mm between centres with centre height 130mm and 155mm as standard. Heavy-duty models for grinding of Rolls up to 3000 mm length are available on request. Swing down type Internal Grinding Attachment which is common to all models is available as optional equipment. Our entire models are having the following main features, which make our machines Precise that provides better and longer serviceable life.

• Castings are stressed relieved by vibration “FORMULE 62” and in normalizing oven.
• Tailstock, wheel and work spindles are heat-treated to achieve dimensional stability.
• Tailstock spindle acting in close tolerance super finish bore
• Assembly of precision bearings with in dust frees environment
• All rotating parts are dynamically balanced

These machines are available with PLC-HMI Touchscreen controls and are suitable for various Tool room and Production applications viz., Tool and Die manufacturing, Automobile component manufacturing, Rubber apron & cots grinding, Rolling Mills and other General Industry.

The longitudinal and cross movement are driven on Ball Screw for Smooth and Accurate movements. The elimination of transmission gears has made the machine very reliable which requires very less to No-maintenance.
