Plano Grinding Heads

Precitec offers Plano Grinding Heads. These are available with spindles made of alloy steel, hardened, stabilised and precision ground. These are mounted with high precision class paired angular contact bearings. Wheel mounting flanges are made to international standards for proper balancing of the wheels. Other features include: well designed copious flooded coolant system; self contained feed system for precise depth control; two stepped pulley drive for desired wheel speed in the range of 25 to 35 metre per minute; best suitable for surface grinding of die plates, machine, beds, machine tables, etc; grinding heads for peripheral or cup grinding wheel applications; and conversion to piano grinding at lowest cost.
