Sadaa Chakra SC 1200/1600 and 2000 machines have high table load capacity with accurate pre-loaded cross taper roller bearings. They are well suited to machine various medium and heavy components of railways, earthmoving and construction machinery, pumps and valves, industrial machinery and machine tools, process equipment, power plants and energy, turbine casings and rings, aerospace components, etc.
Well balanced – heavily ribbed structures for high rigidity and dampening; proprietary tooling system ensures both rigid bore and face clamping of tools in both TC and TM series machines; through coolant and power tool clamping are standard features; ergonomic guards of customer choice are provided to suit the preferences like chip conveyor positioning, safety and work handling requirements; energy efficient – two step gear box design provides constant power across a wide speed range; continuous table lubrication system with in-built safety features ensure trouble free operation; and different tool holder options and attachment options ensure any operations can be handled.
