Photoelectric Switches from Photon Controls provide a reliable solution to virtually every sensing application. By these one can detect metallic objects ferrous/non ferrous material powder, solid or liquid. The sensors come in various size and housing to fulfill space problems or harsh environments. One can select the units from "Self Contained Amplifier"series or space conscious sensors with smaller sensing head and detachable amplifier depending on the requirement. The same case is with electrical specification. There is wide variety of supply voltage - AC/DC and output relay transistor or solid state. This facilitates use for separate or comprehensive applications. The units are basically divided into three scanning methods - thru scan, retro reflective and diffused scan. The diffused scan sensors are widely know as proximity sensors and come in standard package of M18 dia and offers NPN/PNP transistor with NO/NC logic and variable sensing range of 100/200 mm. Thru scan sensors are also available in multiple beam arrangement with cyclic scanning facility known as "Electronic Safety Guard in machine tools industry and photocell unit in paper cutting unit.
