PC Based Machine Controllers

Devanshi EIectronics offers PC Based Machine Controllers, FA Type . The FA Type processor is 16 bit ,40Mhz, with 2 channel analogue I/O, 0-10V, 12 bits with 2 communication orts. It is very compact, designed for very standard machine with 60 recipes, monochrome display 320x240 pixels. FA type controllers can be configured as per customer requrement for any applications or machine. For fast execution of the screen function the screen programming is done in C++. The process sequence is programmed in Ladder Language. Software settings like Temperature control output mode, alarm mode, thermocouple type selection, linear scale calibration, pressure and flow outpt calibrations delay times between pressure, flow and directional valve for reducing vibrations at the start and each operation/segments are provided at the supervisor level and protected by password.This system is used for Injection molding, Blow Molding & Extruder application. The other model available is M type.
