Devanshi Electronics offers auto tuned PID controllers (microprocessor based), FY series. Features: multi-range input (T/C, RTD, mV, mA), each with 14 bit resolution; accuracy ? ?0.2% FSD; two fuzzy PID control processes, having two individual outputs; three alarm points, with 17 alarms modes; non-volatile memory; self-diagnosis function; auto zero and auto span circuit maintains a very good accuracy; data lock function; adjustable output range; and auto/manual control switchable. Options: 2 profiles of 8 steps each. Each step can be a rising/falling ramp function or can be programmed as single profile of 16 steps; input can be taken from remote SV (remote set point); optional RS232 or RS 485 communication; function of smart temperature transducer with retransmission facility; 1f/3f phase angle/zero crossing integral cycle control output pulses to be connected to SCR modules directly; and open loop servo motor (modulating motor) valve control output.
