Speedfam Valve Grinding Paste is developed specially for valve grinding applications that furnish scratch free finishing as well exhibits excellent cutting properties. It is available in Extra Coarse, Medium Coarse and Fine Grade in the pack of 400 grams. Beside this, the company also offers Speedfam Lapping Paste to suit variety of lapping operations to attain high stock removal and efficient finishing quality. Lapping pastes are available from 75 microns to 3 microns particle sizes. Speedfam Diamond Pastes cater the need of polishing of hard faces to attain mirror finishing. These are available with different concentration to achieve optimum results in terms of cutting and polishing as desired. This paste is available from 70 microns to 0.1 micron size. Die polishing paste suffice hand lapping of dies, mould cavities and various hand polishing applications. This paste is developed keep in mind the need of the application owing to which the particles selected are of blocky and fragile, it exhibits excellent cutting properties thereby reducing the normal processing time. This paste is available in 5 grams syringe packing and typical applications are extrusion dies, mould cavities and many more. Speedfam Moistening Spray helps micronised spraying on polish plate. It prevents the polish plate to become dry during polishing.
