Multi-pallet handler - range T 419

Machine & Mill Stores Co Pvt Ltd provides multi-pallet handler - range T 419 useful for onsite handling of materials or products. All these multi-pallet clamps of range T 419 are provided with separate side-shift that permits any desired fork spacing. On selected clamps, spacing of the inner forks can be adjusted either mechanically or hydraulically from 570 to 660 mm to accommodate special size pallets. Preloaded hydraulic cylinders are fitted to coordinate fork spacing on opening and closing of the clamps. These handlers employ steel sections, which are less subject to wear than the aluminium sections used in other makes. Additional machining of the sections on some models results in improved fork guiding and synchronisation due to very close tolerances. Plastic wear strips placed between the steel sections can be replaced quickly and at very low cost when necessary. For loading and unloading road trucks or rail cars, double and triple pallet clamps can be combined with Type 149 Z pantographs. A supplementary solenoid valve can be provided for independent control of the left and right pairs of forks. Load stabilisers of several different types are available for all these multi-pallet clamps. Double-pallet clamps eliminate the problem of grease stains or spots on the products handled or on the routes travelled by the truck, as they do not involve grease for routine lubrication of the attachments.
