Essenes offers Moving Table Vertical Machining Centres manufactured by Cincinnati Blue Technologies. It provides superior cutting performance and finer surface finishes. It is available in table sizes 700 x 520 mm, 950 x 520 mm, 1120 x 600 mm and 1370 x 600 mm. High precision 3, 4 & 5-axis VMC is provided with high rigidity cast structure, LM guides & superior operating efficiency. Three spindle options are available - CFVi for precision machining, CFV Xi for high volume & CFV Si for die & mould and Aerospace applications. Positioning accuracy is X & Y/Z : ?0.003/0.004 and repeatability is ?0.001 mm. Linear scales are standard in X & Y axis for CFVi & CFV Xi and also in Z-axis for CFV Si. CFV5 - 5-axis VMC has a fully integrated high capacity 5-axis trunnion table for 5-sided and simultaneous machining. Table load capacity is 100 kg and 350 face plate enables parts of 400 mm diameter and 300 mm high to be comfortably machined.
