Mixing Systems

FEC International offers Mixing System. This is designed to reduce the mixing time necessary for full solids dispersion by as much as 90%. The features of MAG drive pumps are: superior heat dissipation technology; double-end supported ceramic shafts; five model sizes available; PP, PVDF & ETFE liquid paths; seal-less design; compact footprint. With the ability to handle solids up to 8,000 centipoises, a typhoon mixing system can turn over drums and totes at a rate up to 18,900 LPM (5,000 GPM), with only one clockwise impeller. This translates into less compressed air to keep solids in suspension for maximum product consistency. The product includes drum lift systems; manual tote systems, manual drum systems.
