Wilden's revolutionary Advanced Series pumps were specifically designed for maximum performance and efficiency. The bolted configuration of these pumps ensures total product containment while the redesigned liquid path reduces internal friction to maximise output and efficiency. Features: 51 mm (2”) flanged porting (ANSI & DIN), 316 stainless steel with Sil-Flex diaphragms, H800 air distribution system. The technology: positive displacement, duplex type, 3:1 liquid discharge pressure to air inlet pressure ratio, both liquid chambers are used to pump fluid, air is routed behind the diaphragm and an internal amplifier piston, the sum of these surface areas is 3 times that of the diaphragm. Performance: flow rate – 359 LPM (95 GPM), maximum liquid discharge pressure – 17.2 bar (250 psig), maximum air inlet pressure – 5.9 bar (85 psig), maximum size solids – 12.7cmm (1/2”), and maximum suction lift – 3.6 m (12.0’). Specifications: height – 760 mm (29.9”); width – 493 mm (19.4”); and depth – 541 mm (21.3”).
