MICROCONTROLLER BASED DIGITAL COUNTER

Photon Controls offer Microcontroller Based Digital Counters for various requirements of process controls. The range includes event counters, batch counters, length counters, production, RPM totalisers, etc. These units are available in standard panel cutouts like 48 x 96, 96 x 96 and 72 x 72 mm. Special counter can be offered in 29 x 55 mm which is miniature to its category and can work an 12 V AC supply. Pulse input can be from any inductive/photo/capacitive/magnetic proximity sensor or mechanical contact. Facilities like non-volatile memory, last count retention and power failure and total solid-state design makes it highly reliable. Features like scale factor, auto reset time adjustment, manual reset are available through front panel. Applications are in batch processing, production counting, length counting, etc.
