Machine automation systems

These are custom designed integrated machine and process automation systems from Micro Conelec Industries. These micro-controller based systems consist of opto isolated inputs and outputs, upto six relay outputs, isolated power supply (+24 V DC) for proxy switches and sensors. Seven segment displays augmented by LEDs and membrane keypad together provide the necessary interface for programming the parameters of the system. The whole system can be made available so as to fit into machine"s front panel. The system can also be made available as independent instrument box with terminals for interfacing with machine. These systems have software running on microcontroller at the core of their design. This feature allows to change the logic algorithm by altering the software without disturbing the hardware structure. Software can be so designed to allow the user to program system parameters onsite. The data flash (EEPROM) memory can be used to store permanent referential data like tables, etc, to be used in decision making algorithms. The flash data and program memory holds the data and program even in case of a power loss. These can be very conveniently used to record history of parameters preceding a logical or forced stoppage of the system. Since the system is largely software designed, the component count is very low and hence reliability of the whole system is enhanced. These systems give performance of programmable logic controllers at cheaper costs. These systems can be designed for controlling machines wherein multiple timers, sensor inputs, motion controls, complex sequences, onsite parameters programmability, etc, are involved.
