Micro Conelec offers Controller. It is a integrated controller. This controller is used for voltage stabilisers, which controls the output voltages, trips under fault conditions, and also displays input and output voltages and load currents of the three phases simultaneously on a single LCD panel. The controller greatly reduces control wiring and makes the whole stabiliser-manufacturing process much more efficient and simplified. The integrated controller eliminates the control and delay PCBs used in the conventional stabilisers. Control transformers are also provided in the controller box itself. Software running on a microcontroller, monitors the entire fault tripping conditions and trips the output on occurrence of tripping fault. The status of faults is also displayed on the LCD panel. Electronic overload tripping feature avoids extra hardware otherwise required. Auto/manual feature is also included with switches on the front panel for Increase/Decrease. Detection and tripping due to single phasing and phase sequence failure is also included. Single contactor is required for all the tripping faults. Detachable parameter setting panel makes the controller versatile and flexible for use with various capacities and voltage ranges. Parameters like trip levels, output voltage, regulation, on delay, off delay are all settable. These parameters are also settable online without shutting off the stabiliser. All of these features are included in a panel mountable compact box of 345 (L) x 200 (H) x 150 mm (D).
