Locking Assemblies

Falcon Engineers manufactures various types of keyless transmission products since 1988, based on an innovative idea for developing such products indigenously, which were imported till then. The company has made locking assembly SFN 7012 and locking element SFN 8006. During development there were various trials, study of imported samples, quality improvement, infrastructure development, and creation of facilities to develop high precision, quality products indigenously. Locking assemblies, locking elements, clamping sleeves and shrink discs are used for keyless transmission of power. These products successfully replace keys, spine, polygon, etc., for connection of any shaft to hub. The standard size meets accordance with imported assemblies, the company fully equipped with all facilities of manufacturing, inspection and testing. Model SfN 7014 is available in sizes: 70 x 120 to 300 x 390 mm. These locking assemblies consist of one outer ring, one inner ring with two flanges of unequal length that give longer contact surface and pressure. These locking assemblies transmit higher torque then SfN 7012. The torque ranges from 6850 Nm to 245000 Nm.
