Falcon Engineers manufactures Shreeji SFN 7012 Locking Assembly, developed after studying various imported samples and trials, quality improvements, with infrastructure facility to develop high precision, quality products indigenously. Available in sizes 19 x 47 to 1000 x 1110, these locking assemblies consist of one split conical outer ring and one inside conical ring, axially connected to two flanges by screws. By tightening the screws, both flanges, inner and outer ring, develop pressure on shaft and hub, thus clamping is done. The torque is up to 2000000 Nm. The company also offers locking assembly, shrink disc, locking elements, clamping sleeves, etc., in accordance with international standards.
