Locking assembly

Falcon Engineers offers a range of locking assembly like SFN 7012, SFN 7000, SFN 7015, SFN 7016, SFN 6500, SFN 5500, etc. They are used for securing all types of bosses and hubs on shafts and axles. They efficiently replace shrinkfits, key and polygon connection, splined shafts, etc. These locking elements are used for the connections of gearwheels, chain sprockets, levers, cams, cam plates, belt pulley, rollers, brake drums, flywheels on shafts, and many more applications. The advantages of using this assemblies are easy removal and fitment, easy adjustability, axial as well as rotational, simplified manufacturing of shaft and hub (without keyways), wider range of tolerance of shaft/hub, no play between shaft and hub, perfect true running, no jamming, and use of more than one assembly in series for higher torque. Areas of application are textile, mining, paper, rubber, plastic and leather machinery, power plants, machine tools, robotics, packaging, pumps, etc. Sizes available are 20 x 47 x 31 to 150 x 200 x 65. The torque capacity is 300 Nm to 28500 Nm.
