LIMIT SWITCHES, COMPACT

Pipes Tools & Electrical Mart offers a compact range of limit switches manufactured by Avon Engineering. These are available in 2 NO + 1 NC and 1 NO + 2 NC contact configuration. The above switches are exactly the same size as regular 1 NO + 1 NC limit switches, resulting in saving on space, and easily fit in standard as well as oil tight housings that use limit switches with just one pair of contacts. The body of the limit switch is totally enclosed made form high-grade fibre filled engineering plastics having rated insulation voltage of 500 V. Contacts are made from bimetal silver cadmium oxide rated for 1 ampere thermal current (1 th). All the moving contacts of normal action limit switches are electrically separated. The switches come with built-in plastic protective cover as a standard feature and therefore save the cost of plastic protective cover. Enclosure of the switch is made from die cast aluminium housing with powder coated paint finish. Standard enclosure has IP 55 degree of protection and oil tight enclosure ensures IP 65 degree of protection. Roller of the limit switch is made of delrin and lever of die cast aluminium for robust operation.
