Jet Towers for Lesser Maintenance

Hot and humid summer months are very critical to maintenance engineers in Industries as most of the equipment and machines suffer electrical, mechanical and electronic breakdown during this period. Even then, the outside atmosphere is very hot and humid and it results in sweating/fatigue of the individuals attending to machines and equipment kept in the open. Cooling tower is one such thing, which is normally in the open. When a conventional cooling tower’s fills get choked and the spare one which is an unnecessary luxury is also unavailable due to shortage of spares, the misery of the maintenance people is complete due this trivial problem. In some cases, even an enquiry is conducted for not keeping the spare one in working condition. But, it is a well known fact that, when the spare cooling tower is not able to start for want of spares, the working one invariably fails.
