Jet Towers for Co-Generation

Those few who have used Armec Jet Towers for application in co-generation are reaping in profits as there is no electricity needed for fan and there is no need of maintenance too. One sugar mill is acclaimed for best productivity at the national level and received an award recently where two cooling towers, one a reputed make conventional Fan & Fill type cooling tower, and the other Armec Jet Tower are being fed by the same pump and piping system. The comparison is striking as the Jet tower has no running cost as compared to conventional Fan type tower. In many other projects, as the huge electricity consumption due to fan motor is curtailed in this type of tower, the savings in electricity alone write off the expenses of cooling tower in about 1-2 years, after which the Jet Tower enables lakhs of rupees of additional earning due to additional power selling to the grid. A technology that earns rather than one which is a life time expense account is a very pertinent option in these days of recession.
