Ir Through Beam Sensor With Separate Amplifier

Electronic Switches (India) P Ltd offers IR through beam sensor with a separate amplifier. The unit consists of a transmitter, a receiver and a control unit. Supply required for the control unit is 230 V AC and the output is potentialfree relay contacts. The unit incorporates advanced infrared technique which makes the sensors absolutely unaffected by ambient light fluctuations. Models are available for the ranges 2000 mm and 5000 mm. The sensors are enclosed in 12 mm dia, 35 mm long Ni-Cr plated brass housing and the controller in DIN rail mounting plastic moulded box. Sensitivity is adjustable with multi-turn trimpot. Adjustable time delay T1 and T2 are provided which make the unit suitable for various applications. Uses are in automation in packaging, process engineering industries and for safety and security applications.
