Injection Machine Nozzles

Dynisco HotRunners offers injection machine nozzles incorporating heat pipes. Operating on the principle of active heat transfer, these heat pipes ensure an extremely uniform distribution of heat along the entire length of the nozzle. This saves energy and minimizes the effort required to control the temperature. Thanks to the extremely small diameter of the heat pipes, the injection machine nozzles are of extremely slender design and can be inserted a long way into the mould. The nozzles are suitable for the processing of all kinds of thermoplastics, including filled and reinforced plastics, in cases where the processing temperature does not exceed 320&176;C. These nozzles with heat pipes are available in several different versions. The nozzles of the A Series are up to 300 mm long, have an outer diameter of 44.5 mm and a melt channel diameter of 12.7 mm. The nozzles of the BIG Series have been designed for large moulds and large shot weights. These nozzles come in a choice of lengths up to 533 mm. They have a ig mm diameter melt channel and are equipped with heaters as standard. All injection nozzles are equipped with exchangeable nozzle tips.
