Synventive Molding Solutions offers Hot Runner System. It is well known that by using the hot runner system can improve product quality, reduce cycle time and save raw materials. This hot runner technology is used in automotive industry, but also continuously extends the experience to other industries. Whereas, as a result of the increased fixture thickness, sometimes one has to choose an even larger tonnage injection moulder, which adds product cost imperceptibly. Here is a successful case that some client wanted to produce an automobile engine part, and they hoped to reduce the fixture"s thickness to the lowest in order to use smaller tonnage injection moulder. Synventive adopted screw fit nozzle with reversed hot half technology to fit the requirement. Though this solution makes the design and manufacturing more complicated, it reduces 25% of the tonnage of the injection moulder, as well as reduces the actual production cost greatly. Such cases are too numerous to be mentioned, for example, stack mould technology applied to laptop.
