Salipol Biocides is a manufacturer and distributor of biocides to preserve aqueous technical products and waterborne processes. The company is a Joint Venture that brings together the expertise in preservation of two experienced and innovative companies: Chemipol S.A., (European synthesiser of industrial biocides) and Salicylates & Chemicals Pvt Ltd (Indian producer of cosmetic and pharmaceutical preservatives). It manufactures a wide range of biocides for the in-can protection of aqueous technical products. These are formulations that following the restrictive European regulations are offering the right effectiveness with low toxicology. Based on different active ingredients, Salipol biocides are covering all the necessities of the market for the in-can protection of coatings, adhesives, construction chemicals, silicones, detergents, metalworking and other technical aqueous products. The range includes: Salipol FI family of broad spectrum biocides for a wide range of aqueous based products; Salipol JM family of broad spectrum biocides for a wide range of aqueous based products; Salipol TC 3 VOC-free biocides for aqueous formaldehyde sensitive formulations, particularly stable in hot climates; Salipol SMV VOC-free and monovalent stabilised for aqueous formaldehyde and bivalent metal ion sensitive formulations; Salipol IB family of broad spectrum biocides for a wide range of aqueous based products; Salipol VR VOC-free biocide for aqueous formaldehyde sensitive formulations; Salipol XM VOC-free and CMIT free biocide for aqueous formaldehyde sensitive formulations; and Salipol PF family of broad spectrum biocides for a wide range of aqueous based products.
