Impact Resistant Liner, Ceratuff RB Hex

Hofmann Engineering & Marketing offers Ceratuff RB Hex Impact Resistant Liners. These are hot vulcanised with resilient rubber matrix with high bond strength hot vulcanised adhesives. These rubber ceramic composites are also hot vulcanised with MS mother plate in which suitable bolt has been prefixed as per requirement. It has nearly 100% of ceramic as exposed area. Product size: 508 x 508 mm x 20/30/40 THK; 300 x 300 x 20/30/40 THK, other shapes and sizes shall be available on request. Fixing arrangement: Ceratuff RB liner is fixed with mother plate by stud welded at the back of the wear plate by nuts and flat washer. The advantages are
