Horizontal Turning Centres

Essenes offers Horizontal Turning Centres from RIFA. It is manufactured as per the international standards. It consists of high rigidity cast iron bed, hydraulic turret and tailstock with hydraulic quill stroke. LM guides use is from THK and ball screws from PMI. Angular contact bearings from FAG Precision for spindle (3 front and 2 rear) ensure high rigidity and high accuracy of the spindle for heavy-duty cutting. The spindle is assembled in a constant temperature clean room. It is available with chuck sizes from 6" up to 15" and maximum turning length of 1500 mm. All the machines are tested and confirmation about adherence to performance and accuracy is obtained before the machines are shipped out.
