Hollow cone spray nozzle

Siddharth Enterprises offers hollow cone spray nozzles, which give a uniform ring shaped spray pattern with a wide range of spray angles, (30 - 150?) and flow rates varying from 1 LPM - 2000 LPM @ 2.0 kg/cm? differential pressure. These nozzles are made available in 2 fundamentally different swirling principles, that is the axial hollow cone and tangential entry hollow cone. The axial hollow cones are further subdivided into 3 categories as spiral hollow cone, inline entry hollow cone and fine atomizing hollow cone. The fine atomizing hollow cone has a spiral groove in its swirl body, which ensures an efficient rotation thereby reducing the droplet size and increasing the atomization. It is the ideal nozzle for mass heat transfer process. Other applications of these nozzles are, humidifying process in textile industry, oil atomizing, cooling, dust control, air and gas washing, spray drying desuperheating, etc.
