High Pressure Reciprocating Pumps

Matz Pumps manufactures High Pressure Reciprocating Pumps. The reciprocating action is of various types: simplex, duplex, triplex, plunger, single and sandwiched double hydraulic diaphragm type. These are used for all hydraulic applications for hydraulic testing of valves, piping, vessels, equipments, boilers, etc. These are also used in RO plants, hydro jetting and high pressure feed. The capacity range is 10 to 30,000 LPH in single simplex version and up to 75,000 LPH in triplex version. Maximum discharge pressure is up to 2,500 kg/cm2 in plunger pump head and up to 250 kg/cm2 in diaphragm pump head. The capacity adjustment is by speed variation, through AC frequency variator, hydraulic/mechanical variator or DC motors.
