The universal econodos series provides flow rates from 10 LPH (lower rates possible) to 193 LPH (higher rates possible) per pumping head. Multihead pumps can be combined upto six, each with a different flow rate if required. Available as mechanically driven diaphragm pump or as a simple plunger pump, the unique designs allows reliable, accurate and maintenance free dosing of liquids upto 15 Kg/cm2 pressure. The pump heads are designed to provide maintenance free long service life. Plunger heads employ a unique seal to ensure reliable leak proof service for upto 10,000 working hrs. Diaphragm made from pure laminated reinforced PTFE is designed to provide leak tight, zero leakage service life of 7,000 hrs. Diaphragm rupture indication is a unique sandwich diaphragm design indicates a rupture immediately as a controlled leakage drainage via a hose nipple.
Valves are made of wear resistant balls of GFT or oxide ceramics. The drive elements are robust dust & oil tight, suitable for continuous operation. The drive is a standard TEFC SCR IEC frame electric motor. Motor with variable speed by frequency invertor also available.
