High precision lathe

Schaublin 125-CCN and 180-CCN are high precision lathes for drawing to the finished part in a record time. CCN turning - very easy to use thanks to similar operation to a conventional lathe with the total comfort of CNC. With a basic know-how of turning and after a simple introduction, the user can have the advantages of numerical control: production of the first part by moving the tool post using the electronic handwheels and at the same time automatically memorizing the data in the control memory in order to produce subsequence parts automatically. The numerical control "Comfort by Schaublin 18" - software, which was developed by Schaublin Machines SA, enables the following methods of use: guide mode - circular interpolation with automatic recording of the program; cycle mode - simulation on the screen, roughing, flat grinding, turning, threading. Both of these machines are available with either: linear tooling system; indexing turret with or without live tool facility (Types 125-CCN and 180-CCN).
