GRP-Eff System For Saving Diesel (LDO)/Furnace Oil/LSHS

GR Prakash & Associates offers the GRP-Emulsified-Fuel-Firing System, a boon to heavy consumers of diesel in industrial applications. Mixing of water into fuel-oils can not only produce more efficient combustion but reduce the output of noxious pollutants too, drastically. GRP-Emulsified-Fuel-Firing System (GRP-EFF) produces stable water-in-oil emulsified-fuel that offers superior combustion, cleaner operations and higher efficiency – better product/fuel ratio both qualitatively as well economically. GRP-EFF accepts water up to 17% (with density of 0.85-.95). The system also accepts inferior quality of hydro-carbon (HCs) like fatty-acid-residue, pitch, coal-tar, bitumen, etc. Even though generation in case of inferior HCs, due to calorific value differences is decidedly lower, there are significant economic benefits as should be obvious. GRP-EFF is ideal for industries having high rate of fuel consumption (at least 10 kLs per day) especially in breweries, cement industries, dairies, hotels, fertilizer plants, oil and soap industries, textile mills, pharmaceuticals, sugar mills, refineries, ceramic fibre installations, glass plants, metallurgical and petrochemical industries, etc. It is a tried and tested method with extremely satisfactory results.
