Fluid Nozzles, External Mixing

Siddharth air atomising 2 fluid nozzles are used to atomise liquids with the help of air or steam. These nozzles are made available with different spray set ups, which, can be altered by just changing the air cap or liquid nozzle. Different desired flow rates and spray coverage can be achieved by interchanging these. This flat fan spray nozzle is based on the external mixing principle. Flat jet spray angles can be varied from 45º to 60º. Liquid insert orifice sizes range from Ø 0.5 mm – Ø 2.5 mm. The liquid is fed by suction, gravity or pressure principles. The cleaning and control needle mechanism cleans the liquid orifice and the regulating screw can control the liquid to the desired flow. The end connections can also be made available as per fitment requirement, i.e., at right angles or 180º apart or at the rear end. The standard connections for liquid and air is 1/4"BSP (female). Material of construction varies according to process requirements from SS 316, brass, PTFE or any other machinable material.
