Emulsified fuel firing system

The GRP-EFF (emulsified-fuel-firing) system offers a good economic advantage when used in DG sets. EFF would result in a 90-97% combustion of soot/coke particles, thereby reducing the soot built-up in piston rings, piston head, top cover and valves. Further more by means of compression temperature, the added water will expand thus creating micro-explosions in the oil atomisation, during which process combustion pressure will rise, resulting in an improved compression-ratio and thus in an improved engine economy. Important pre-requisites will be type and density of fuel.
