DIFFUSERS

Southern Cogen Systems offers Diffusers, Airflex. It is used for effluent treatment plants. It produces micro-fine bubbles that increase the bubble surface contact area with the water, greatly increasing the oxygen transfer efficiencies resulting in lower air volume requirements. The higher transfer efficiencies assure lower energy and costs and improved effluent quality. While other diffusers emit a narrow column of air. It produces a broad envelope of bubbles that greatly increases transfer efficiency and improves mixing. Fine bubble non buoyant tubular and disc diffusers are available. Fine bubble tubular diffuser: tubular diffuser of dia 2.5" x 24", dia 2.5" x 39" and dia 90 mm x 1000 mm with fixed and retrievable installations as options. Fine bubble disc diffuser: AFD270 (9") and AFD350 (12") disc diffusers with compression moulded EPDM membranes. Membranes are available in materials such as EPDM, silicone, EPDM layered with PTFE for industrial application.
