Ceramic Lined Cyclone

Hofmann Engineers offers a full range of ceramic lined cyclones in sizes ranging from 100 mm to 1000 mm and in various materials of construction for highly wear prone applications. Ceramic lined cyclones provide exceptional wear resistant property and are used in highly wear prone areas like apex, cone, vertex finder, etc., in industries like coal production, power generation, mineral processing and many other applications. The entire cyclone is lined with a ceramic liner. The company has various types of ceramic materials to offer against wear. Alumina zirconia and silica based material, AZS, can be shaped like castings having higher wear resistant property along with good impact resistant properties. It is suitable for high impact or heavy media cyclones. Advantages: lower maintenance, better segregation, and longer life.
