Bagging Chute Liner

Hofmann Engineering & Marketing offers Ceratuff RB Bagging Chute Liner. This is a new generation ceramic and rubber composite product, which gives combo properties of rubber and ceramic. The sapphire hard Ceratuff ceramic provides unmatched resistant to wear while the elastic properties of rubber effectively dampen the impact energy. Ceratuff ceramic liners are not vulcanised with resilient rubber matrix with high bond strength hot vulcanise adhesives. This composite is fixed on steel body with high strength bonding material at site. Total thickness of the liner is 3 mm with 2 mm ceramic thickness. Application: Ceratuff bagging chute liner is used in bag loading chute where erosion due to flow of bag is very high. Product size: 100 x 100 x 3 mm, other shape and size shall be available on request. Advantages: it enhance flow ability, extend life by more than 10 to 12 times than the conventional hard metal liner, reduces down time, increases the availability of equipment thus reduce its cost, reduces wastages.
