Axle Beams

ANG Auto is a manufacturer of automotive components. The product portfolio of the company comprises fully dressed dummy axles, suspension systems, landing gear marketed under the ANG-Fuwa brand, automatic and manual slack adjusters, brake assemblies and components, spiders, worm and gear sets, suspension systems marketed under the ANG-Fuwa brand, brake shoes, and cam shafts with machined cam heads. The products are made at the company's well equipped manufacturing infrastructure spread across five plants in North India, covering 250,000 sq.ft. Catering to Tier-I and Tier-II clients like Arvin Meritor (USA), Alliance Corporation (USA), Zenus Starker – BMW (USA), Eaton, Ashok Leyland and Bosch Rexroth (UK) among others, the company lays high emphasis on quality. Offering quick sampling and prototyping, the company also makes axle beams and trailers. The trailers, trailer axles and other components are made by a joint venture between ANG Auto and Fuwa Engineering of China. Called ANG Auto Tech, the JV has an infrastructure to make 6000 trailer per annum. The JV caters to the needs of Ashok Leyland (Fully Built Vehicle Division) by supplying co-branded trailers on an exclusive basis. The axle beams the company manufactures find application in various types of commercial vehicles prominently. These are also called as solid axles, in which one set of wheels is connected laterally by a single beam or shaft.
