Automatic Sheet Handling System

Modern Automation & Robotic Systems – MARS – has developed a very low cost Automatic Sheet Handling System by vacuum cups and electrical actuators. The system can hold sheets loads up to 100 kg. The transportation is by pneumatic or electrical systems using servo or stepper motors. The system can be programmed for various applications depending upon customers’ requirement. The system will be best suitable for punch press machines, sheet re-rolling mills, laser and plasma cutting machines, part handling in press machines. Similar systems can be adopted for automatic Pick & Place application for high speed production and manufacturing application. The system can be used for precise part placement and operation for which it can be programmed by the operator.
