Automated Blanking/Slitting & Cut To Length Lines

Speedfam India offers automated blanking and slitting line and also cut to length line, from Iowa Precision Inc, USA. They feature coil set strengthening, edge trimming and slitting to produce multiple width blanks continuously from a single coil with high output and accuracy. The shear blanking lines are designed to produce from coil stocks up to 72"width and up to 10-gauge thickness with continuous output of 150 feet per minute. The system is offered with microprocessor control quick adjustable slitter knives, and flying shear for accurate blanking. Optional accessories include trimming, recoiling equipment, blank runout stacking and lifting accessories, coil tilting and loading platforms, auto slacker, and piller/threader table. Iowa Precision's cut to length line is useful where slitting and edge trimming is not required. Coils up to 72"width can be strengthened and sheered to length. Sheet length and quality can be preset on the microprocessor control. Sheets of up to 10-gauge thickness can be sheered on the machine.
